I currently have Progressive and I’m paying 150 per month for liability. I got an online quote for Nationwide that was 10 dollars cheaper per month, was for full coverage, and the deductibles were 500 dollars. Is Nationwide a good insurance company? Do they offer low rates, and the raise them after 6 months?

So I’m supposed to make a payment in like 6 days. I don’t own a amex card (does visa count?). The supposed last 6 digits i see on the message doesn’t even correspond with my visa. Does this mean someone stole my information and made a american express under my name?
