So I’m supposed to make a payment in like 6 days. I don’t own a amex card (does visa count?). The supposed last 6 digits i see on the message doesn’t even correspond with my visa.
Does this mean someone stole my information and made a american express under my name?

It’s probably a scam to get your bank account information. American Express and Visa are completely different companies. It might be possible that someone who previously had that phone number had an Amex card.
