Before The Budget Is Set By His Holiness The Finance Minister Should We Be Allowed To See The Balance Sheet?

If we were just member share holders in even a small business — a general account of the expenses and income would come in the mail at least once a year
Do you think his holiness the Finance Minister and his angelic group of do gooder in gods grace the privy council would consider sharing with us what is provided to the smallest of share holders in any common business — and send us an income outgo report that showed taxes collected by category as “income” and spending on a service or comodity purchased by such taxes ?
Or is it fiscal balance sheets for all inside the governemnt and every alternate century for the rest of the nation — Look if we told you how we spent it — you would stop us from doing it — and that just doesn’t suit us — See how that goes ?
