I haven’t verified my bank account on Paypal yet, and as far as I know, I can’t withdraw any money from Paypal through a bank account.
Sooo…can I still go online shopping with sites that accept Paypal?

there’s a limit amount of spending you can do without a verified paypal account. not knowing how much you’ve already utilized, without verification you’ll be banned from using site. check your paypal section on instructions for verification and get it done as the process does take some time to happen.
I think if you have Credit in your PayPay Account you can shop online either without credit you can’t shopping online. while your account verified or not . You should have credit in your account .
