I’ve been current on all my payments but I’m underwater.
I would love to be able to refinance at 4% or less. But what bank would loan me money when the collateral is less than the loan.
Of course, I could fall behind on purpose, then my lender would refinance me in a heartbeat to keep me from defaulting!
I’m screwed due to being responsible.
My only concern is that 0bama’s definition of “responsible victim” might not the same as yours and mine. I do hope for your sake that his plan helps people like you because his last plan didn’t. It makes me angry that he’s golfed and vacationed and went on world tours and started wars, but never cared about the mortgage crisis until campaign time.
It’s possible. I did once when he said he wasn’t going to intervene in Libya and didn’t.
