Unless you are married to the child’s mother, no one can order child support payments until you are declared the father. if you are married or were married when the child was conceived, you are the father regardless of who actually supplied the sperm.



You can place the money in a seperate bank account in good faith while waiting for the DNA results, but know that if the test is positive, the payments must be made from the first order to pay, not the time of the test.
