I’ve sent an invoice and a kind reminder. They have 100% positive feedback so not sure why they have failed to pay up. Would prefer to avoid opening an unpaid case if possible. Should I give them one final reminder and then take it further if no payment by the end of next week?

The second email is sent 3-7 days later as a reminder. They maybe having issues or just forgot. They could also have technical problems.
I sent a final email in another week giving them 3 days to respond.
No response I cancel the bid. I do not neg people as it is not worth the aggravation. It is a part of doing business and keeps my 100% feedback.
Hi,If you have a look on the ebay discussion board(the topic is either paying or buying)it looks like lots of people are having trouble paying for items using paypal as ebay are stopping the payment go through.I am one of them and spent 20 minutes on the phone with paypal,I’ve tried to pay for my item 5 times and paypal can see the payment is trying to be made by me but for some reason ebay are stopping it.I’ve contacted ebay about this and their response is very vague.Maybe you could message them and offer them a different payment method for example cheque or postal order.
There feedback could be easily faked and If I was buying something I would pay the day after I got it and tested it
Contact them and voice your concerns. Keep it polite and professional, but state that you will have to escalate this further if you receive no contact from them.
can you obtain their phone number as a buyer and call them? pc may be down? If not give them a week as you suggest.
