Someone hacked my computer about 2 weeks ago. They have stolen just about all of my passwords and are going on to my facebook, e-mail, paypal, and video game accounts. He has attempted to buy things with my paypal account and took 50$ out of my bank account. G-mail got the IP of the person that accessed my account. Since I have the name of the email the 50$ went to, and his IP address, what can I do to make him stop and make sure he can never do it again. Is this something i can report to the police? The Kin Cell Phone Question?

I have a few questions about the KIN cell phones. Any help helps!
1. Do they work with Verizon? I have Verizon and i don’t want to switch carriers.
2. Is it a smartphone? It cannot be a smartphone. I heard it wasn’t by several people.
3. Do you have to pay extra for the WIFI? I think you have to pay extra for the unlimited 3g, but if i don’t get the 3g can i use WIFI freely?
4. Is it good for music? I want a music phone, i really like this one.

I was given the car for personal use ( to get to work and back and weekends) instead of getting a pay rise a few years ago, I have never used the car for work purposes. I read online that they can take the car if they need it for work purposes. They dont need it for work purposes, but i think if they could find a reason they’d need it for ‘works purposes’ they would do. I just wanted to know where i stand legally , i dont have a contract, but i have worked for the company for 15 years.

Hi, I am currently doing online home schooling in Ohio. I’m in high school and my mom is planning to move to morgantown WV. I was thinking of maybe going to WVU since it is there. I want to know how I can reduce costs for college cause I know that since I’m not a resident I will have to pay out of state tuition. Can financial aid reduce those costs if my mom makes low income? Or would I have to be in high school for a year in WV to pay the in state tuition costs? If I go to WVU for one year will that make me a WV resident? I’m so confused so please help.

Girl Problems, I Don’t Know What To Do?

I speak to my girlfriend online now because I lived in the USA and I moved out of the country to study law reason is because basically a relative will get me in easily and I only have to pay so little per semester. Anyways, prior to me leaving me and my gf hooked up but I did what was best for me in the long run a guaranteed future.. She was ok with this but the problem was we had just started seeing each other for like a month.. I can’t go back due to circumstances and she can’t come because obviously her parents wont let her. Anywho, there was a time when she told me we’d be best off on ourselves, i agreed to it and i felt devastated… then like 2 weeks later she told me she missed me or what not, so i was like ok and we kinda got back together and said cute things to one another.. except this time she just acted as if we were only friends and she hardly replied to me and whenever she did they were just short simple no-way-how-to-respond type of replies.. then she actually left for like 2 months.. and back and told me she felt bad for not telling me she left or whatnot…. her laptop broke and since it was pw saved, she couldn’t gain access to her fb and since i have my fb private and what not i dont blame her for not being able to access her acc. but she could’ve emailed me??!?!?
so she came back to my life, around beg of January… it only lasted til mid January for her and i to say sweet things to one another all over.. and sincee then to now she only comes whenever she ‘makes it’ and its usually for just a little bit.. 30mins to 1 hour.. and its back to short quick replies, she doesn’t seem to bring up convos.. its either me or nothing..
i just don’t understand what’s up with her. i know online dating is a hard thing but why does she disappear as if nothing and comes back fully in love with me again.. i know she starts to miss me and I start to miss her.. but idk… im so clueless im wondering if its just her or is this how girls act in general… (Btw she’s the first girl i consider a legitimate gf so im not pro in this matter)
Tell me what you think about the situation… Please i don’t need you guys telling me that online dating is a waste of time blahblah, because as far as im concerned she’s the best girl i’ve met which is the onlyreason im still hanging on to her.. and she says she wont leave me, nor will I ever leave her til she leaves me.. For the past two years I been working and saving. I am the only daughter in the household that knows how to save money. My older sisters dont know how to save. My oldest sister doesnt work or never worked a day in her life. She is 29, with 4 kids, and still leaves with my mom. My second oldest sister works. She helps my older sister alot and thats it but hardly helps with bills or money issues. My older sisters spend there money on beer and drugs and the club. And there comes time when my dad needs help with a couple of bills and I been helping him. I lend him 500$ to put a down payment on a brand new car. I lend him 700$ to put a down payment on a house. I lend him 600$ to pay the eletricty bill the other day. Im the baby of the family and im tired of my parents always depending on me to help with money when my parents can ask my older sisters too right? They are always asking me for help and im tired of it. I cant always been the one helping. My older sisters never help with the bills or money emergencies. Is that not fair or no? I just want to know if im being wrong or not? Or im being a baby about it.? What do you think?

Failing Classes, Run Away Depression, And Financial Aid Woes?

Well, I’m in a community college fiddling my thumbs. I have stress and depression issues that have just wiped me out completely. I’m afraid to leave my dorm and money problems are already gripping me by the throat and throttling the life from me. And I’m not even twenty.
So heres the situation. Last semester I got three C’s and one F. So my GPA is 1.48 and they require a 2.0 GPA to stay enrolled/in the dorms. So this semester I loaded myself up with classes and said ‘I’m not going to fail!’ when all of a sudden depression, stress, and anxiety sucker punched me in the gut and drained all motivation from my body. I’m not talking ‘I’ll walk the dog tomorrow’ lack of motivation I’m talking ‘I haven’t eaten for two days, I’m starving. Theres food ten feet away from me buuut.. thats so far away. I just wont eat.’
So I’ve been missing classes and my grades are bad. To top it off my parents have been putting unrealistic demands on me. They want me to come up with 5k in three months for whatever reason and tell me that I’m going to fail if I ever move out of their roof. They are trying to force me to move to Florida before the end of the school year because blah blah blah. I don’t want to go there so I thought I’d go move to a place where I have friends, a market for a job that makes me happy, and other reasons. They got drunk and told me all the reasons why I’d fail in life and how I’m worthless just like everyone else in the world.
To top it all off I’m pretty much dependent on Financial aid to go to school. If I flunk out this semester will I never be able to get financial aid again? If I am able to return for a fall semester will I have to pay for it myself because of this semester? And if I drop the failing classes to (hopefully) salvage my GPA will they take away all the financial aid I got for this semester and leave me with the bill? Specially the bill for the cost of dorms. Thats nearly 2k!
I just.. don’t know what to do. I was thinking about dropping my classes and getting a full time job until the move. But if I get sacked with the bill for this year then I don’t know how I’ll be able to afford the move. It’s six weeks in and I might be able to transfer into one more online class that I’ll be able to pass with. So far it’s looking like I’ll only pass two of my five classes. Three if I can switch. If I can switch I’ll dump the least likely to pass class and try to half the other two as much as possible. Ugh.
