20 Year Old With A Curfew?

I am 20 years old and not until a few months ago did my parents decide to give me a curfew. I have to be home at 11 on school nights and midnight on weekends. Last night I didn’t come in until 12:30 and now am not allowed to go out all weekend. I’ve always been a ” good girl” and obeyed my parents and I think they’re taking advantage of that. Yes,I do live under their roof but am a full time student,which I pay for school on my own and also pay for my phone and car insurance and the monthly lease payments on it. What do guys think? Thanks!

I’m currently 29 weeks pregnant with a little girl. My daughter’s father & I weren’t in a relationship when I got pregnant, so we weren’t planning for this at all. We were both disappointed, but we’ve kept in touch until a few days ago. When I was 4 months pregnant, I found out that my child’s father had a girlfriend, then a week later I found out that she was pregnant with his child. It took awhile, but I decided to accept the reality of the situation. I’ve met his girlfriend & although I don’t like her, that isn’t really my place to say. She’s very spiteful & tells me things that she knows will hurt me purposely (I am still in love with my daughter’s father, things just didn’t work out between us). At one point, I had given him a bag of clothes, diapers, bottles & different things for the baby. The other night, I was in the hospital & him & I had an argument & he refused to talk to me. I texted back & forth with his girlfriend for awhile, then I went to bed. She told me at one point that he was going to change his number, but then he decided to keep it the same for awhile. Well, to make that part of the story short, I asked for the baby’s things back & his girlfriend was eager to bring them to me. So I waited for her to arrive & she handed me the stuff. We got to talking about the situation & she started telling me things like the only reason that my daughter’s father ever did anything for me was because he felt obligated & that she made him come to my appointments & the ultrasound that he had come to last week. I was throwing excuses at her because if he didn’t care, why did he name her? Why did he come with me to do TWO baby registries? He tried to feel her move in my stomach a few times. I jokingly told him that I needed him to bring me a strawberry cheese muffin..& he did. In the rain. At 10pm. In her car. And I live 40 minutes away. We talked every single day since the day I found out I was pregnant. If he just felt obligated, why all the extra ‘novelty’ things? She then told me that she was going to tell me something that was going to make me see reality. She said she didn’t want me to get upset when she told me this, then she told me that my daughter’s father has wanted me to have a mmiscarriage since day 1 & the only reason he ever came to appointments or anything was in hopes that the baby didn’t have a heartbeat. He had come to two ultrasounds with me on May 10th & she told me that as he was dropping her off at work that morning, she told him that she really would like it if he went to the ultrasound, yet he told me 2 days before that he was going to go to the ultrasounds with me. She also told me that he was ‘obsessed’ with her. She said he takes her out to dinner, pays her car payments, buys her jewelry. I happen to know that his money situation isn’t decent right now, but I’m not sure if he does those things for her (not that its my business either way). I then asked her to contact him while she was with me so I could hear these things from his mouth. She was unable to get ahold of him when she was with me, but she said she’d call me when she was with him & give him the phone. A few hours passed & I didn’t hear from her, so I texted & she texted back & said that he didn’t want to talk & that he was changing his number. She said she didn’t feel comfortable with me not having a way to get ahold of him so she was going to give me her number. Well, she never gave me her number & his number got changed. So now I have no way of getting ahold of him at all. Everyone that knows the situation tells me that this is a woman’s doing. That she’s jealous of me because she knows he has to have contact with me for the next 18 years. I was never able to ask him if he said those things about me having a miscarriage & all that, so I don’t even know if what she told him to make him change his number & block me on Facebook is true. I’m completely devastated about this, even though I probably shouldn’t be. My doctor put me on bed rest because of my stress level & that’s even more depressing. Does this sound like something he did, or something she is doing? Like, is she manipulating both of us? Or do you think that this is something that he actually did say/do himself & she really just is the messenger? I need an opinion from someone that doesn’t know either of them. And please don’t give me the ‘i don’t know why you care, just take him for child support..’. Its still upsetting & I need closure & I don’t know how to get it if I can’t contact him.

Ok so this all got started by me listing an item on craigslist. a guy that lives 10 hours away from me wants to use paypal to buy the product. I don’t have a paypal, but im going to make one. How does it work? how can i avoid scams? From what I understand, i will make a paypal account, send him a money request by email, he will then send me the money, after i have received the money i will ship him the product? is that how it works? im not a man who would cheat or scam someone (i.e. he sends me the money i don’t send him the product)… im just wondering if that can be done to be? i feel confident that there is more to it so this cannot happen. thank you!

I have a person that wants to buy an item off of me on craigslist that lives about 8 hours away using paypal. i’ve been told ppl who use paypal on craigslist are using a scam because they can cancel their payment or something of the sort. Is there a way I can avoid this so they can’t cancel their payment? like wait a few days or hours or something? So that way when they send me the payment i can wait until i definitely 100% have the money locked down and it’s mine and they can’t take it back, and then i can ship the item to them? or is this not possible? little help.. paypal newbie here.

Is This Att Bill Fake?

I got an email today and it says its from att customer care and that i owe $1,300.36 but i got the bill in my other email account other than my att email account. Also i have only had att dsl for 2 months so theres no way it can be that much.
When i click on any the links on the page (login,support ect.) i get directed to this site (http://murilogouvea.com/3dUnup64/index.html) which does not load.
The email was also sent to 3 other people.
Is this email fake because far as i can tell im up to date with my payments
The reason im posting here is because the att site in maintenance and the bill center is closed

Car Accident In The Parking Lot…police Report Filed, Now What?

Today in the parking lot at school a girl hit my car. She wasn’t paying attention. She was on her phone and looking in a different direction so she didn’t see my car and she dented my driver’s side door pretty badly. She knew it was her fault so there was no problem with that and we called the cops and filed a report. The cop said i have to buy the police report online. How long will it take for the cop to file the report so that i can purchase it? Also, since she was at fault, will her insurance company be responsible to pay for the damage? How much will it cost?

Being Charged For Someone Else’s Phone Bill?

I live in hawaii, and for right now, all you can get is Oceanic time warner for phone and internet (we have direct tv, their cable is horrible). So, I noticed on our bill we were double charged. I looked up my statement and called time warner as I had paid it. When I was using the automated voice at the beggining, it said, “I see there are two accounts for this number, which one are you calling about?” After that, they connected me to a rep. The rep told me, “Oh, you paid someone else’s bill with their card, not yours.” and I said, “Hmmmm…. that’s funny as it came out of my bank account. I have the statement up right now and I’m staring at the 2 payments you claim I didn’t make. What can we do to fix this.” She put me on hold and told me I have to go into the actual office for someone to take a look at it (because I can’t email a statement to these morons????). Have you ever been charged for someone else’s phone and if so, wtf? What happened? Was it resolved easily? Am I in for a fight? My husband and I have been on our own for only a year now and I’m not familiar with these issues. Do you think someone stole my account? Thanks for any advice!

Car Loan Help! What Is Apr%?

Okay so im buying a used car soon. Taking a loan out of 60 months for $13,200 at a APR rate of 3.70%. My only question about car loan interest is how is the APR applied to the loan?
-Is it applied yearly on the total amount i borrowed ($13,200)? Which interest that way would be ($488/Yr)
-Or is it applied this way the way im HOPINGG!! Where you pay the 3.7% rate yearly on the amount that was payed that year which in my case with my payment being $220 a month X 12 months= $2,640/yr so total interest payed for that year would be ($97.88/Yr)
Please don’t be the first way!!!
