Get Cash Somehow With Debit Card Info But No Card?

   Using somebody elses information to retrieve their money, even if it is okay by your friend, IS VERY ILLEGAL.
   Excluding situations with shared banking and joint accounts you cannot extract funds from another. But you CAN be on the recieving end.
   If you are attempting to make a quick easy money transfer I suggest that you both register for paypal accounts. Paypal allows people to transfer money all over the world. If this doesnt solve your problem you can go into your bank and ask for help.
   JUST DOOOO NOOOOT ask to withdraw funds without a card from somebody elses account. Explain the situation and if possible provide some proof that you have your friends consent.

   or only on the internet?
   the person might not be friend
   h could be trying to scam you
   how do the debit card is his -it could stolen![sound like it could be]
   since you don’t tell us how well or where you ,
   also here a suggestion
   have him get Internationale money order then he can mail you the money order

   set up a pa pal account.. people pay me via pay pal, i transfer those funds to my bank..
