    If you bought something with your paypal account then you decided get a refund
    then the money will go back in the card that you used.
    It will appear in your credit card statements and who refunded the amount.
    That’s if you actually bought something and then decided on a refund.
    Otherwise it may be a mistake by Paypal and you would have to contact the
    site about it to find out more.
