I just set up the account and everything. I have a lot of movies and books I’ve wanted to order online for awhile now and, so yeah. I ordered a book; pre-ordered actually. I took all the steps. PayPal did not show up as a payment method and my dad said that it used to. What’s going on? If I just enter my debit card number will Amazon ensure that it is safe?

Paypal takes a long time to transfer money onto your paypal..
because some people were illegally selling Lady GaGa and other tickets through paypal and they might have shut it down or is working out a way to protect it better
