Contact an attorney that specializes in Probate in your state. He can put the house into probate and then you can buy any other heirs out. If you are the only heir, the house, subject to the mortgage and other liens will pass to you.
If you are her only heir, the house is likely yours. However, you will either need to pay off the existing mortgage or assume it in your own name. You (or the administrator of her estate) need to discuss this with the bank.
You need to contact a probate attorney. All of your mothers debts, including that mortgage, before anyone gains anything. With no will the state decides who gets what.
Depends what other relatives there are – husband, for example, would take precedence over you.
You MUST go to probate court to get ownership. SEE AN ATTORNEY NOW.
You purchase it from her estate.
