I sold a purse on eBay, the person paid me, but as I was about to ship I noticed an imperfection that I should have listed. There is no “refund” option yet as the item has not shipped. Is there anyway to just refund their money over paypal and look over eachother’s feedback? Or should I go ahead and ship it? (I have already contacted the buyer about this) The reason why I am wondering is because the money is on “hold” until they verify they have received the item. So they have sent mt the money, but I cannot refund this money yet as it is on holding,m not yet available to my Paypal account. PLEASE help I try very hard to be a good seller. </3



Contact E-Bay. They’ll have the correct procedure (I’m sure you’re not the only person this has happened to) and if you do something on your own, they might think you or the buyer are trying to do something sneaky. If you’ve contacted the buyer, they know somethings happening, and won’t get upset because their purchase didn’t arrive.
Contact paypal and let them know that the item has not been shipped since there was some problem. Let them know that the buyer has been contacted and then get to the instruction which you have to follow for refunding.
