How To Help Inspire My Boyfriend To Be More Of The Man Of The House.?

By pay online Posted in: pay online

Okay, so here is my dilemma. I have been with my boyfriend for 2 years now, and we will be having a child together in May. I have a full time job that pays enough to get by each month. My boyfriend on the other hand has no job, and spends probably 98% of his time playing video games. When he’s not playing video games he leaves me, to babysit (we have a two dogs) while he goes and fishes or hangs out with his friends. I do all the house work, I clean, I do laundry, it feels like I do everything, sometimes I try and just let it accumulate and get bad, to see if my boyfriend will take the initiative to clean, or do ANYTHING productive but he doesn’t. So I end up doing it or nothing ever gets done. I pay all the bills, I make sure we are stable. And its really taking a toll on me. My boyfriend applies for jobs online but doesn’t actually try to work at getting the jobs, he just assumes they will call him. It seems to me that he doesn’t really care about providing and taking care of not only himself, but of me and our child that will soon be with us!!! I don’t think he realizes how much I do. How much I make it so that we can live somewhat comfortably by working my A%* off while he does what he WANTS to do, not what he NEEDS to do. I really need suggestions how to help motivate him and show him that he needs to start helping and actually putting forth some more effort… Any advice would be greatly appreciated.. thankyou :)

You have tried everything….done more than enough, especially for a pregnant woman. U gotta leave him girl, unless you wanna be raising 2 kids. Idk if anyone can offer you advice because if having a child isnt motivation enough, who knows what will be.

Since you do everything, why do you need him? Kick him to the curb. Put his clothes and video games in garbage bags and put them outside and then get the locks changed the next time he goes out with his friends. It’s called tough love. He won’t take you seriously or understand all you do until you do something drastic. Don’t let him back in until he gets a job and keeps it for at least 6 months. Don’t cave or you’ll be taking care of TWO babies in May.
