im only 100 lbs. and im 15. i know im not fat but i am out of shape, and i want curves and a hard body, not soft like it is now, my stomach does stick out a bit with fat and i want that to go away. i need to have this body before july because im going to a very important swim suit slumber party and i want to have a really hot body for then. i need a safe and effective workout and eating plan. something easy to stick to and not anything like jenny craig cause i have NO money.

O.K so do lots of cardio exercises, like running on the treadmill, swimming and etc. 20 minutes of workout per day would be more than enough.
And to be talking about the eating plan, go on the non carbohydrate diet.
I know that lots of people say that going on a diet isn;t a very good thing, and it barely helps you, but trust me, this one will help A LOT, I myself am sitting on this diet ad it helps me to lose weight just fine.
So basically if you go on this diet, you will cut off from your daily meals any source of food that has carbohydrates, so that means no bread at all and nothing that is made of flour, as well as you can’t eat potatoes. Well and all other sweets.
Trust me you will lose weight really fast.
