Is Paypal Verify The Information Received From The Bank?

   Paypal does not verify if you are the actual owner of the account, it will only check to see if the account is active by withdrawing around 15 cents, and placing it back a few days later. You’ll have to answer how much they took out.

   hmm i think as long as you can have access to the account to verify to paypal the secret amount or number they will deposit in it to test ownership of that account it would work.
   if you cant do that what you can do is have your friend set up the account, then in paypal add in your address as the main “ship to” address
