Is There A Rent Calculator For Tenants That Works Out Exact Payment Of Rent Over Time?

By pay online Posted in: payment

We believe the real estate have made a huge computer error in our rent as we have always paid extra ever since we moved in and there record keeping is very suspicious upon checking receipts. Hoping there is a calculator out there that you can use from the day you moved in and paid a Bond till present day, to see if your records match the real estates. Would prefer to do this before going to the A.C.C.C.

    1. Calculate the sum of all of your actual payments.
    2. Multiply your rent amount by the number of months you’ve lived there.
    3. Subtract Line 2 from Line 1 to figure the amount is being carried over to March.
Assuming those numbers reconcile with the statement from the management~
Take the amount carried over to March and subtract it from your regular rent amount. The resulting figure is what to pay for March. From April on pay only what’s owed. There is absolutely no benefit to paying extra every month.

A rent calculator…are you serious? The landlord sets the rent. There is no calculator.
Did you perchance mean how to calculate rent for a partial month? Simply take the number of days you are there in that partial month and divide by the number of days in the month. If you move in on February 16, you will be there for 14 out of 29 days. Do you not understand how fractions work?

There’s no need for a calculator.
To see how much you have paid, add up your cancelled checks or receipts.
To see how much you should have paid, take your monthly rent, and multiply it times the number of months you have lived there.

A calculator? You simply multiply your rent by the number of months you have lived there. No fancy calculator involved.
In the future, pay the amount due and put extra money in savings.
