Ok im new with online buying. I want to buy an item from a Japanese website i don’t want anything from eBay but i can only buy it if i have PayPal. I have a bank account but if i make a PayPal will it charge me extra fees on just applying? Will they charge me extra when i purchase online? How long dose it take to have money on PayPal? Dose it take a certain number of business days to take money from my bank to be able to use on PayPal? Also can other people (seller) view my account and bank account if i make a PayPal?

PayPal doesn’t have fees for buyers. Basically, when you first make an account, they will take a few cents from your bank account to authorize it and then put it back. It takes about 3-5 business days to get the money into the paypal account itself. Noone can see your bank account information. They do not charge anything for purchases either.

no hidden fees, paypal is free. noone can view your account or bank account apart from you. paypal will debit money from your bank account or card and pass it to the seller’s account almost instantly. there is no need to transfer money from your bank to your PP account before making a purchase as PP does this as nessecary. there is no extra or hidden charges for purchasing online. I have been using Paypal for a number of years now without major issue. you have buyer protection and pretty much everything is traceable, and you can claim your money back if there are problems. hope this helps!
