After all this weight loss I’m focused on toning because I know that would make a big difference.I’m uncomfortable about working out in front of other people.But this specific gym has a $37 a month payment plan for one year and it’s open 24 hours.Should I just go at night and jog or do Zumba videos during the day?



I don’t believe those home cardio workout things work. When I go to the gym, all the big people around me motivate me to try harder. If you have a friend who you’re comfortable with, go with them a few times. Then try going on your own once you know the gym. Honestly, people there don’t care what you’re doing. Try to forget about them. but like I said, ask a friend to tag along.
If you’re really, really uncomfortable, try going at 8 PM because that’s usually when the gyms get empty.

I hate working out in front of people too, so I know how you feel! I joined a gym a couple years ago and what I’ve noticed is that no one really pays attention to you. Everyone is off in their own little world focusing on their workout, so it’s not like people are staring at you or anything like that. Usually afternoons, 1:00-3:00 or later at night, like 8:00 or after are not as busy so there are less people there.
I think you better go to gym during the day and do Zumba at night…because you’ll had your meal and protein shake after workout, jog or cardio you can do it anytime day or night ^ ^
