I have this phone for sale on ebay classifieds and this dude emailed me with bad english telling me he will pay me $180 ($70 more from what Im asking for) and said to give him my bank account # or paypal id right away so he can make the payment ‘immediatley’. He didnt even ask on the item condition. And he’s located somewhere in africa and the phone will be a gift to his pastor. I don’t know how to ship and I dont even have a paypal. I only want local customers, and that’s what ebay classifieds is for, right? Free, Friendly, Local? Now this other person, again located in africa, emailed me asking on the condition of the phone ans he said he’ll add $80 for the shipping fee to Nigeria for his ‘store’. He said he wants my paypal account email so he can make the payment right away. I dunno what to make of this, really… Hope Im not overreacting.

My wife and I been in the divorce wagon on anf off, well she wants it. I am still love her…but last time we drove us to the court house seh didnt want to file. so we gave us another chance just for days later for her to jum p back on it…finally after on an off I told her to stop draggin me like this to just do it already. Well I am still living at home so I still pay bills and everyhting I notice online that she has been texting to this number quite a lot…but I just brush it off…so yesterday (I am sleeping in a separate room) and she wakes me up to tell me that she has to go out and to take care of the kids and it was midnight… I was all drowsy thinking it was a dream… not even comprehending what she was saying…so she left and I am like ok what just happen. So I call her and she tells me she is going for a ride because she can’t sleep, I was that’s BS!! “You are going to see someone” so she said OK, OK I going back…so in the mean time I jump in the computer and realize she just been texting back and forth for the last 6 hours to the number I was suspicious about before. So I call and a dude voice mail comes-up, I was distraught… So I kept calling her but no answer. So I go to bed accepting my defeat…well almost 3 hours later she shows up like nothing… I ask about the dude and she said he is just a friend whose been giving him support and advice about our relationship. She doesn’t see anything wrong, she say I am overreacting… I am almost numb..she also said that we are not together. She is living under the same roof as me, she yet has to filed for divorce, she left me to take care of the kids for her to join this guy instead of joining me in my bed?!?!? I feel disrespected and cheated, I was hoping to get back together…she said that it should not matter because we are not even together …I am so sad and numb, and to make it worse I have to pay for her damn texting overage.

The title basically tells everything but if someone send money to my paypal account do i need a credit card or bank info to receive it, accept it or use it? because i might receive 10 dollors to my account and i will be spending all of it. Thank You.

First off let me say I am not a fanboy either way and this isnt an angry rant, I have a 360 and a PS3 and play them both regularly. However after seeing so many people stating it on here I would love for someone to show everyone here where a PS3 has better graphics than a 360. It is just regurgitated statements from when PS3 fanboys who were trying to justify why the PS3 was released so much later, trying to convince people it is more powerful with better graphics. When in fact it was never actually proven. They have different brands of hardware yes, but if you play any games available for both the 360 and the PS3 so you can really compare you will see no difference other than a little lighting and shadows.
Just link a video comparing the two clearly showing the “better” graphics of the PS3 in a direct comparison to the 360, I am a sucker for comparison videos and find then fascinating. I think it would really help a lot of people make better decisions in their choice of which to buy, instead of hearing the same false thing over and over. The Playstation 3 is a great console, it is powerful and has free online and has a blueray player where the 360 is also powerful with paid (better online) and no blueray player. It is all a matter of preference I think and should really have facts straightened out.

1. more occupants then implied .2 children became 8. i agreed to let them paint,and make minor alterations. they are to maintain& clean yard, pool,jacuzzi. utilities are in my name and they are only paying what they think they owe. i want to shut off utilities? they deducted paint and other things for the first months rent, they gave me a check for 1700.00 and i ended up with 500.00 cash the check was nsf and gave it back to them, also they gave me a 500.00 holding fee prior to signing the agreement so i ended up with a 1000.00.now they paid sept 1700.00 cashiers check but no other monies. the home is up for sale and have given realtors a hard time with scheduling times even after a 24 hr notice been given to them. thay changed the locks and i have no key to my own home. They have more cars and 2 boats in the yard. i was given the wrong information from clerk of the court. my agreement says a 30 day notice to vacate must be given.the clerk said file a 3 day, idid. then a 15 day idid.then complaint summons for other then non payment of rent idid. thay had 5 days to comply to the court in writing. they did. the judge dismissed it due to the 30 day notice was never given first. NOW WHAT?? THEY ARE LIARS, SCAMMERS THIS IS THERE 3RD HOUSE EVICTION. I need them out. Ithere are more reasons to evict too many too list. they have broken the agreement in many ways. please advise what to do thank you dona beckmann

This is a long difficult one, but i will try to shorten it as much as i can. My x was 22,000.00 in arrears, didn’t pay for 3 years..(we have 4 children 3 are minors)..i live in md he lives in pa but we are only 8 minutes apart. Meanwhile, he has lived on his parents property his entire life, he lives in a trailer on his moms property and doesnt pay rent, she pays the elec., gas, even buys him groceries, and get this does his laundry…so basically he pays NOTHING , now his mom took an online course in pyschiatry and filled out his papers to say he’s mentally disabled,(he is a drug addict, a methamphetimine addict) he is fine to work, he is just one of these people that do everything to screw the system, and his mommy helps him. He finally got disability and the courts give me a whopping 322.00 a month (he gets 935.00 to sit on his butt) for 3 kids. We don’t see him much, he doesn’t call the kids, write, or make attempts to see them, but he came to my house and had his crack addicted new g/f give me a modification for support paper, that he wants his support payments reduced..claiming his rent, elec, gas, oil, and yes toiletries total 935.00!!!!!! My question is (he still owes 12,000.00) i know he doesn’t pay rent or elec and things, how can i proove it I cannot afford a lawyer, and legal aide said they don’t have authority to subpeona his mothers tax records…..and he wants to count my b/fs income since we’ve been together for 9 years…..Any advice??

Actually it’s not me but a friend of mine is selling his 2000 ford explorer and a lady offered to pay him with a certified check, she said that it was for receipt purposes. I told him that I didn’t think it was a good idea because of the likelihood of a possible scam. This is not an online transaction he is actually going to sell face to face just in case someone is wondering.

I live in GA, the seller lives in California. Paypal has some new policy that is frusterating on my part and it won’t let me buy stuff on e-bay. The guy is legit, authentic..the whole nine yards. I want a custom made guitar he is selling for $1,399.99. Although sending a money order will cost me about $120. I figure if I send a check through ost mail that will save me money and its only a check its not the actual money. would that be a good idea??
