I mean I have my eyes on a $156,800 condo but i’d like to go a little higher.. I’m willing to take a 15 year committment fixed loan on whatever condo I choose, but rather then pay rent i’d like to just pay into it instead. So I have 50,000 like I said as a downpayment but i’d only like to have to spend $900-$1200 max a month as the rate..what price of a condo can I get? Can I up it to possibly $300,000-$350,000?

Due to job purposes, I’ve had to relocate to downtown Miami. I work for a Spa Management, so I’m required to travel to different properties around the downtown Miami area. As you may you know, driving in Miami isn’t the easiest of things, and traffic can be frustrating. While relocating to the Miami area, my hours were cut short (fourty to twenty) to get me situated.
Here’s what I pay for my car, which is a used 2004 Dodge Stratus 2DR:
Car payments at dealership: $280 monthly (finish paying off in 5-months)
Car insurance: $130 monthly
Gas: $80 monthly
It has 86,000 miles and I’ve owned it for a about a year so far. I’m thinking about buying a scooter (like a Vespa) and I’ll save loads of money, but the thing that holds me back is the weather, etc.
My car’s worth about $4,000-4,500 online.

so I was paying netflix for 4 months now through PayPal with my prepaid card and everything was going okay until I got a email mail from netflix saying there’s a problem with the transaction i think.. I called them ad they said they think there’s a problem on there end.. So what’s going on?

My boyfriend bought a truck from a local dealership(who i told him DO NOT go through cause they like to scam people). but they day he got his truck it broke down, and spent the next week in the shop.. we told the dealer we no longer wanted this truck.. the dealer pretty much told us, sucks to be us.. so we called the bank they financed us through and canceled the loan because it hadn’t gone through yet, last week the dealer told us we need to call that bank and tell them we do want the truck,, (which we don’t!) so we called the bank and they told us they canceled the deal, there is no loan, the truck needs to go back to dealership, so we told the dealership what bank told us, and he told us, no they wont take the truck back and give us down payments back..
We talked to a manager of another dealership locally, and he told us they are required to give us that money back..
but the dealership we got the truck from told us they will go without our consent and get us financed through a different bank.. or they will come repo the truck and ruin his credit.. (sales managers exact words!)
and we are also finding out that this dealership is falsifying my boyfriends information when they send to banks.. saying he makes more than he really does and such..
help!
how do we go about getting rid of this truck and getting down payments back.

this dealership thinks that they can’t be sued, when all the other dealerships around have told us they are screwing us over and they have been sued for this many times..
and my mom has sued this dealership before too..

My husband and I both can’t understand, how parents treat their child, like a piece of trash lying on the floor, just because they can’t run your life for you! We have 6 year old and for his sake, we have accepted and lived with ongoing drama from Inlaws, well Now my husband has terminal cancer, and life is too precious to live in a way, of people saying things to start arguments with others. We have seen it over our 16 years of marriage and 18 years of being together and we are DONE.
NOW HOW DO WE MAKE THEM UNDERSTAND, they mail us a nasty letter every month, that I send them a payment for a loan we owe them. We stopped talking after Christmas. HELP!!!!

I traded in my 2008 ford sport trac last year at carmax for a 2008 impala. I have had the car for a little over a year and I feel like I should have got a truck and not a car. My account at this point says I have a balance of $16,100. Should I trade it in for the truck i want? Any recommendations?

I have 11 days left of school before I graduate. I have this friend who used to be my best friend but she’s turned into a completely selfish brat and she’s practically lost all of her friends except me and she doesn’t even care. She’s spoiled rotten, she gets 5k a month for doing nothing and her parents are buying her a luxury vehicle,paying for her college in full and buying her a house to stay in. She spends money like there’s no tomorrow. She spends at least a thousand dollars on just iTunes every month. Whenever she wants makeup instead of going to CVS and buying some $5 covergirl mascara she goes online and buys $50 YSL mascara.
Her parents aren’t even rich they just spoil her until they’re in debt. Yet she’s always complaning that she’s so depressed and she hates her parents soooo much. She thinks when she goes off to USF that she’s going to marry a rich man who’s going to cater to all her wims and that she’s going to become a famous archeaologist but she doesn’t want to get dirty or even spend time outside. She just wants to travel the world and call it “archealogy”.
I could put up with her snobbiness for a year and half but now we’re hitting almost two years of friendship and I want to just strangle her. She’s gotten it stuck in her head that she’s so much better then everybody else that she ignores everybody and REFUSES to react to anything anybody says. Unless you’re talking about her to her she gives you an “I don’t care just stop talking” demeanor.
I asked her last week why she never cares about anything and she said “I don’t like giving people reactions. Everybody is always fishing around for a reaction. Well I’m not going to give it to them.”
I mean literally she never changes her expression unless it’s about the new $200 purse she’s buying, absolutely everything else is just “okaaayyy so what?” or “I don’t care”.
She had a best friend who she’s known since practically birth and she’s been pissing her off and insulting her constantly on purpose because she thinks when she goes off to USF that she’s going to make new better friends and that she won’t have to communicate with any of her old lesser friends so she pretty much decided everybody is worthless to her.
I’m pretty much her last friend and the only friend she has to eat lunch with and she’s been turning on me too. She nitpicks at my clothes and my makeup and has taken on her arrogant “nothing you say is going to phase me” attitude with everything I say. I’m a girl who dresses nice but I like to wear sneakers. Now everytime I wear them she says “Sneakers are for disgusting people.” or if I’m wearing Sketchers “Ew Sketchers are for children.” My skintone is really light so I always have a bit of a foundation line since they don’t make a color that quite matches mine so now every single day she stares at me and insults me about it and won’t stop. Nobody else ever says anything except her and she backs this up by saying “That’s because everybody else is dishonest.”
She’s become a total b*tch about everything and I just want to get rid of her but I figure it’s better to just wait until school is over and done with then again I don’t know how to deal with her much longer before I snap at her.
