When you try to buy something from a shop and it only has USD not £, how do you pay for it? Do you use PayPal and it automatically converts £ to $?

Hello, I married my high school sweetheart and have been married for ten years. My wife was diagnosed last year at age 27 with an inoperable brain cancerous tumor that is taking her life away from my two little boys who are only six and nine. We were a two income family who has lost everything including our two cars and all our savings. We now struggle every month to make some of the ends meet. Every time I get a little extra money I try to take a trip to gain as many memories for my wife and children, because soon she won’t be able to do anything. Times have been very hard and all i want to do is make money somehow from home on a computer while I take care of her. I had to quit my career in management to help her through this fight. She isn’t able to do anything for herself anymore. She can’t walk, stand, shower or even go to the restroom. I have been living on a very little disability payment that she is making, but it hardly pays rent and transportation to and from our monthly chemo treatments nearly three hours away. My credit is shot, I lost all our vehicles and bank loans are out of the question. I have been making like $50 a month creating company logos from home on software I had purchased, and we get donations every once in awhile from friends and family ( mostly around the holidays) and we had most of our tax refund check taken away for medical court judgements. Please help me with an idea that I can do to make the little time with my wife as wonderful as possible. I want to take her only trips, family trips, to give her what I feel this angel deserves. I have taken her to her favorite place a couple times ( Walt Disney World Resort) when we get extra money, because all we do is set at home. It’s a struggle to stay strong for her when she needs it, and now I feel like I can’t provide anything for her without luck or donations…. Please help answer my question….what would you do in my situation?

I am really sad…about pretty much everything. I just want to sleep and do nothing else.
I have a gf and our relationship makes me sad b/c she’s the total opposite of me. She likes to go out and have fun and I’m a home body. I like to be affectionate, cuddle and lay with each other and she’s just like let’s sit on opposite ends of the couch. It wasn’t always like this but recently she said I show her too much affection which I can understand so I obliged and stopped. I realized I’m codependent on her which I know is unhealthy.
My job makes me sad too. My coworkers are phony and mean and two-faced. My boss is an incompetent idiot and the right thing to do is never the first option in this place. Disrespect from my employees is ok and he does nothing but tell me how I’M the one that should calm down when I’M the victim.
I’m in debt up to my ears from owing the IRS because I did my w4 wrong, student loan payments & didn’t even graduate from college. I have hospital bills,cell phone bills, credit cards from college and a slew of other things.
I’m overall completely overwhelmed by my emotions. I know I need to see a professional but taking meds will take a few sessions and I just want to be over and done with it. With all my bills I just cant afford a full time doc. I just don’t know what to do or where to go. If anyone knows what i can do, please help me. I’m at the end of my rope.

Well I was selling my xbox 360 120gb arcade, OLDER console, 2009 version with HDMI for 250 OBO, this guy calls 225 bucks, then I tell him there is not no 20-25 games. He comes back with I’ll give you 190 dollars. Let me start this off by saying I never did business in my home, but I rather someone spend their gas rather than me go through the trouble of selling on ebay or shipping. If anyone knows anything about xbox 360′s, the older versions and power bricks are ******* junk. They weigh a lot and one time my mom had to pay 13-18 dollars to seal and ship a box correctly at USPS for a stupid toy. I would imagine shipping to cost 12-20 bucks for everything I was selling. Bottom line I only did the trade because he was sobbing about his kid, then we head to his car, he reaches in his glove compartment, oh gawd, I thought the dumb **** was going to try to shoot me, hah, I’m trained in martial arts and he looked weak so if anything I would **** him up and stole his money not him to me. He paid me 190 bam, the next couple of days he posts an ad without the couple games I give him and minus one controller, for a trade for a wii with games or a ps3 with games. LOL. really. I feel like I should give him a taste of his own medicine and trade him my wii, but I feel like my wii will be sold online on ebay better. I’m not doing business on CL, I got my money and lesson time to move on. I could of made 60-100 dollars more than I made that day. I think he is hustling people to get games which sell in bulk on ebay if you have tons of games 1000 dollars. Whatever I got my 190, minus 20 of course because my brother wanted some for his investments in the games.
Is that considered getting hustled I did earned a lot of money, 190 for a console that is slowly leaving the planet of earth. These white boxes are all being sold cheap as well as games so I can care less. If anything I’ll wait around and buy a new phone or xbox 360 slim with a sale of my wii on ebay.
Craigslist is a dangerous place, people. Now do you think I got hustled or not? I think it’s more so iffy since he did pay 190 for a bunch of used merchandise that is almost obsolete. Top 5 games and item in that bulk were Call of duty world at war, Burnout Paradise, Left 4 Dead (Original), Fable 2, and an old halo 3. Only thing of value that I’ll miss is a 120gb hard drive but it’s w/e I got it for 20 bucks on sale, but it sells for 60 bucks. haha. I think I made an alright deal. It would of took me forever to make a profit off those junk games and xbox 360 if I hung on to it and I might have gotten one of those people on ebay who don’t pay, most of the games were scratched and old.
