Haven’t bought any games in a while (especially PS3 since I mostly play Xbox) and I should save my money, but just got my tax refund and am itching to buy a game. I usually rent, but I heard this one uses an online pass. I rented BF3 and hated how the online pass AND the first DLC was free to people who bought the game but only if you bought it new. I get that the trend is to do this with online passes, so I paid for that but then a week later the DLC dropped and it was not cheap..I just said screw that in that case.
So another question: Any chance this title will do something similar with DLC?

We believe the real estate have made a huge computer error in our rent as we have always paid extra ever since we moved in and there record keeping is very suspicious upon checking receipts. Hoping there is a calculator out there that you can use from the day you moved in and paid a Bond till present day, to see if your records match the real estates. Would prefer to do this before going to the A.C.C.C.

here is my situation
I work part-time (never know how many hours I will get week-to-week)
I have a debit card but dont really use it, i kinda keep it essentially just for online shopping and an emergency fund use, would it be better to sign up for a credit card (im thinking Chase)
and not worry about getting enough hours to pay for my education, in terms, I would essentially have worry-less continuation of being able to get my degree and then worry about the debt later in life.
is that better or should I just pay for it through working, I get an average of 9-20 hours per week, plus I have my cell phone bill and other spending habits i cant shake
I really think it would be better to pay with a credit card

Okay so I’m about to win this item on ebay. I just set up a paypal account. Now do I have to add money to it from my bank account or will it automatically pull the money form my account to the paypal? If I do have to add money to the paypal what happens if I add to much? will I be able to transfer it back to my bank account.

So I want a new shooter for my ps3. Atm the only one I have is MW3 (which has gotten old). And I sold my older ones. I find that I have about 3 options. 3 games peak my interest. Battlefield 3, Goldeneye reloaded, and Uncharted 3.
Battlefield 3 PROS: A lot of my friends have it, the graphics are amazing, and I’ve played the beta and it was great. The multiplayer is amazing so I’d be playing it for a while. IGN Rating is 9.0.
Battlefield 3 CONS: it’s pretty expensive since you need to buy an online pass for $10.00 if it’s pre-owned. So I might as well just pay the full price of $60.00 for a new one. But then I’d have to get that new DLC that’s out which is 15.00. I’m on a budget so I’d rather not spend 75.00.
Uncharted 3 PROS: Great looking game, awesome story, a lot of multiplayer game types and such. It’s more of an adventure game so I’d be buying an action/adventure/shooter. IGN rating: 10
Uncharted 3 CONS: I’ve only played the 2nd uncharted once. So story wise I don’t know if I can tag along very well. It’s not an FPS which is what I’m looking at in terms of shooting right now. It’s more like the gameplay type of Grand theft auto or saints row if you’ve ever played those.
Goldeneye Reloaded PROS: I’ve played the first remake on the wii and loved it. Very nostalgic. My brother also liked it (Who’s not really into shooters). It’s cheap. Only about 45 bucks for a pre-owned copy. All around it’s a game I could and have gotten into in the past. IGN Rating: 8.5
Goldeneye Reloaded CONS: I hear it’s online isn’t that great since there are many overpowered guns. There is quite a wait to get an online match. The graphics are better than the wii of course, but not that impressive. And I don’t know how long I can actually stay interested in this game since I’ve played the wii and n64 version, and it probably won’t be getting a good sell price.
So that’s what I’m going for. If you have any other game suggestions tell me those too, but I’m mainly looking for some new shooters with an online feature.

So I have a $135.00 fine for speeding and was wondering something. If I pay the fine online through the city’s website, do I still have to appear in court? My court date is tomorrow.

Let’s say I take out a 5 year loan, and I pay it off in four. Do I still pay the interest for a five year loan? I know the bank takes all their money before making the payments to the principal loan. So wouldn’t it still be a 5 year loans interest? Thank you.
