I want to ask my step dad if i can work with him {again} i’m under age and i know that ther isnt really no were i can find a decent job rite know with the rite amount payment ,he would pay me good and i know that he could give me more hours so i could get a ittle more money, now is the most that i need it, he owns a italian reastorunte and i uste to work as a waitress for like a year and 2 mounths , i don’t really know what to tell him or how because i’m afraid he might say no, and i will just be dissapointed and i don’t want drama around the house , i really need the money .I uste to work with him like maybe 5 to 6 mounths ago we got in a big argument. never like before he pretended like he was going to hit me but i know that he wazn’t it was his first time i cant say why we got in a argument but we did , he is a caring step dad .He ust to say that i was like a daughter to him because he has no girls only 4 sons, we uste to be really close sometimes i would trust him more then my mom , but know were not that close since that argument.He gave me a chance to work with him but ovialsy i stoped working there because of the argument, iv’e been trying to get a long with him, we get along, but sometimes he biches at me for no reason , but i still try, i just need some opinions for how i can ask him.I really need the job.And i really want to work with him then with anybody els more because i already know waitresses there, how everything works,

Okay so I have always wanted to buy a new car but I been searching websites and each one is more confusing than the other as they talk about leasing and buying. I know the difference and I will never lease a car but only buy it and what confuses me is how they calculate the interest and the APR. I am at car dealer website right now looking at a car of my choice and they have something called estimate calculator but I can’t seem to figure out how they calculate the monthly payments:::
MSRP: $15,995
Destination Charges: $880
Down payment: 15% of value ($2532)
Term Duration: 72 months
APR : 3.34%
Estimate Monthly Payments : $205
My state tax is 6%
I know this isn’t the real monthly bill I would be paying if I were to get this car because it says estimate so what will my monthly bill come out to?? and how did you figure it out please do not just use online calculator and tell me the monthly bill. I would like to learn how they did the math and why it comes to a specific price.
P.S : I have already did my own calculations and the one that makes the most sense will get the 10 points

I have been searching for law enforcement jobs, particularly as a peace officer and discovered that holding a degree in criminal justice is worth little to many law enforcement agencies. Instead many are searching for candidates that are TCLEOSE certified. Because of that I have been seriously considering on getting certified. I tried to find my answer to his question on the TCLEOSE home page but I found little information about it. Can an I just call a certified TCLEOSE certified training center and pay to get the training and then certified or do we first need to find a job with a law enforcement agency and then have them apply for our certification?
I ask this because on TCLEOSE’s home page under “statutory restrictions” they say section 1701.303 “specifically requires that a law enforcement agency or government entity must file the application for a person to be issued a license from the commission. An individual cannot apply for such license”, but when I call one of my local TCLEOSE training centers all they ask for is a payment of idk how much and to show up for training……?
