Is it unreasonable to pay for a pizza delivery with a $50? Do pizza delivery people carry $20 bills in change? If I order online, and make a note that I’m paying with a 50, would they bring enough change? Thanks~

Most pizza delivery folks do not carry a lot of cash. In fact some stores forbid them from carrying more than $10. This is to prevent them from being targets of robberies.
Furthermore most restaurants – and that includes pizza joints – no longer accepts any bill larger than a $20.
I would not rely on the online ordering site to inform the driver to bring more cash. First of all, I doubt most folks bother reading the notes section, and second of all, see above. Call the pizza place and ask if they can handle this before you put in your order. Or just go to some store or bank and get smaller bills.
I would say yes because contrary to what people may say, most pizza delivery drivers don’t carry more than about $20 in change.
You need to call and ask the store. Nobody here has any idea what pizza place you are even talking about/
