I received an offer from a youtube user offering to pay me via paypal if I place a link to their amazon account in my video description. I am not sure whether I should do this or not. Could this be unsafe? Could they hack into my paypal or anything? I am not eligible for an Adsense account, so this would be a way to make money from youtube. What do you think I should do?

Yes, youtube pays you for very high rated videos, it is called the youtube partner program, accept it, you can actually make more money from that than some CEOs if you make a series.
