basically, i’ve sold something on ebay, the buyer says it won’t let her pay by paypal for some reason so she wants to pay the money straight into my bank account. is it safe for me to give her my account number and sort code? (UK answers only please!)

yesterday I received about a $10 final value fee credit on eBay for an unpaid item. I didn’t see it on my PayPal though. is the credit limited to purchases on eBay? would it be possibly to transfer the credit to PayPal so I could use it on other websites?
