I’m ordering a product on ebay for my mother and for some reason and when I tried to confirm the order, i get a message saying, “We were not able to process your payment”. I entered everything correctly (card number, expiration month/year, and security code) and I still get a error.
Could it be the reason I’m getting the error because she doesn’t have paypal? I’m ordering as a guest. She told me her prepaid card is activated and have sufficient funds so is there any other way to get the card running correctly?
I tried to use it on another website (the same product needed to be bought, of course) and I still get a payment authorization error.

I had the same problem when I recieved my first prepaid visa gift card. You have to call the 1800 number on the back of the card & type in your area code to shop online or purchase gas. Its dumb but you just have to. Lol. Thats most likely the reason why it wont let you go through with it. Thats the same message I got before I called, then when I called it worked fine. Hope I helped.
