lets say i made a paypal because i wanted to sell a product online and they will give me 100 dollars for it. i have no credit card info or bank info set to the paypal, will i be able to receive the money? my second question is that if i am able to get the 100, is it possible for me to send the cash to my girlfriends parents because i owe them money? (meaning if i do receive the 100 dollars, am i able to send the 100 to her parents without any type of bank info on my account?)
