I haven’t heard of this before, please give more details about this monthly payment agreement

Ah, I see, this is an agreement for ebay to take the selling fees from your paypal account, it’s nothing to worry about. If you are only going to sell one thing there will be a fee to pay to ebay based on the selling price, you can either set up a payment agreement or make a one off payment to ebay when they ask for it. If you don’t sell anything else you won’t need to pay any more, in the future they will only collect a payment in the months when you sell something.
I’ve never heard of this either and use both paypal and ebay. If you only want to sell one thing on ebay then dont join paypal.
