I’m a full time student without a job. I cannot afford to pay payments every month on a car. Is it possible to pay half the price on a car and pay the balance next semester with financial aid? Is there a car dealership that would except this deal?

The spelling is “accept”, not “except”.
The answer is probably not….at least on reasonable terms.
A buy here pay here dealer might sell you a $2000 car for $6000 and “except” $3000 down with the other $3000 being due next semester.
Don’t pay, they take the car back.
Why not just buy a $2000-3000 car on your own ? And then next semester, flush the extra money ?
I highly doubt it. The best option for you would be a used car. It’s much cheaper, you can finance it and make smaller payments than you would for a new car or you could always purchase a used car from a private seller. You also have to remember car insurance, so either way, you’ll be making payments.
I doubt it, buy here pay here car dealers want a minimum of about 400 a month on their investment in you, the other problem you have is even finding a decent car in the first place. Most buy here pay her car dealers sell as is cars auction cars with excessive mileage they paid 500 for . They could care less if it blows up once out of the driveway. I spent several weeks last time looking at a lot of crap until finding a decent one, but I still had to put some money in it a few years later. This is a bad way to buy a car. you are better off looking for a private party car that you can afford,c and using it and trying to save money until you make it out of college and into the work force. Here is a website that may help, http://www.samarins.com had lots of free information on how to buy a car, what to look for and what to look out for. Also go to carcomplaints.com and make sure the car you are interested in does not have a lot of potential problems already, look on the worst cars list and do not buy one.
