Would This Be Possible For A Large Business Loan?

To start this business I need $500k. I have heard you can use the equipment and property that you purchase as collateral. I would also be willing to put my truck up for collateral along with the property, equip etc. I have 100k in savings that I could use as a down payment and excellent credit, a job, and a complete business plan.
Do you think this would be enough to get the loan? Anything I am missing?

    It’s going to be tough. The problem is, if you get $500K and buy that much equipment, the bank will only give you X% of the value for collateral, probably not 80% as you need. Your credit can be fantastic and they won’t give a crap. It doesn’t hurt to try though, and find out exactly what it takes.

    they are very good but their procedures are very stressful when i was dealing with they i thought it was fraud but my wife advised me to give it a try but they don’t give out loan without upfront.
    I am glad i have been able to pay them back £150,000, i was given last year and i have gotten my construction company back on track, i thought i would face difficulties been they are in UK and i in Germany but they are very good though just give it a try
